As A Leader
Currently, Tammorra has been nominated to participate in Woman of Achievement November 2021 to represent Mrs. Elite Indiana with the platform of EMPOWER Her with SMART Grow. In addition, Tammorra is a Doctoral Candidate, a Ph.D. student at Indiana State University, Bayh College of Education anticipating graduating in 2022. She is a Licensed Indiana Certified Teacher and Building Administrator who has served in public education for the past 25 years in the Metropolitan School Districts of Indiana as a Teacher, District Administrator, Director of Student Services, Assistant Director of Human Resources, and an Assistant Principal Building Administrator. After 25 years of serving children, parents, and teachers Tammorra retired from public education, on February 4, 2020.
As A Life Coach
Tammorra’s humbled beginnings and perseverance through life trauma hardships gave her the tenacity to be an overcomer of life crisis. Therefore, Tammorra has served as an advocate for relationships, restoration, and reunification of families and marriages. As a Certified Life Coach, Tammorra is passionate about ministry and providing support and tools to others who may have similar experiences as a youth and or young adults. April 2020, Tammorra founded EMPOWER Her with SMART Grows to support women who have suffered from Domestic Violence. EMPOWER Her provides tools for women to discover their authenticity, uniqueness, beauty, self-worth, self-discovery, and increase self- development. This metamorphosis process will transform the mind, body, and soul. EMPOWER Her will intentionally cultivate the authenticity of each woman by equipping and empowering her with tools to occupy her sphere of influence and live a harmonious life.

Tammorra is the Founder and CEO of the following: EMPOWER Her with SMART Grow LLC is the parent company of Bishop Golder Academy Youth and Family Restoration Center 501C3. The Prodigal Prayer Revival Facebook podcast on Thursdays. Golder Publishing, and The Prodigals Return International Magazine. Overall, Tammorra’s assignment is to lead people to a place of refuge, restoration, and reunification with God, self, family, self-awareness, and self-development.
My Story
Tammorra L.M. Golder is a native of Richmond, Indiana, and grew up in the inner city of Richmond. She is the firstborn of the union of Marjorie and the late Robert Lee Bennett and the oldest of their four children. Tammorra started from humble beginnings as she resided in Richmond, Indiana until the age of 18 upon her high school graduation she attended Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. She is the wife of Cecil Golder and from their union, they have two sons, Joseph, and Elisha. Bishop Cecil is an ordained minister with the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World (PAW) and the Pastor of New Bethel Tabernacle South Bend, Indiana where they reside. Tammorra also is an ordained minister with Pentecostal Assemblies of the World (PAW). Tammorra enjoys traveling, spa treatments, shopping, and good food.
